Tallyfy

Tallyfy is a workflow automation platform designed for teams that run recurring, structured processes — client onboarding sequences, approval chains, compliance checklists, employee training programs, and vendor management workflows. Unlike general-purpose project management tools, Tallyfy focuses specifically on repeatable processes that follow defined steps every time.

The platform uses a template-based approach: teams document a process once as a reusable template, then launch instances of that template whenever the process needs to run. Each launched process tracks who is responsible for which step, sends automated reminders, enforces deadlines, and provides real-time visibility into where every active process stands.

Tallyfy differentiates from tools like Zapier or Make by focusing on human-in-the-loop workflows rather than app-to-app automation. The emphasis is on ensuring people complete their assigned tasks in the correct order with the right approvals, rather than moving data between software systems. Guest access lets external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners) participate in workflows without needing a paid seat.

The platform supports conditional logic within workflows, form-based data collection at each step, file attachments, approval routing, and deadline tracking with escalation. A Data Feed add-on provides analytics for process optimization. Tallyfy uses per-seat pricing with Full and Light seat tiers, making it accessible for small teams while scaling to larger organizations.
