Visual planner and workspace for notes, projects and tasks, with a built-in AI assistant and MCP connections to Claude and ChatGPT.
xTiles is a visual workspace for planning and organizing notes, projects and tasks. Content lives on pages built from tiles, which can hold text, tasks, links and widgets, and a My Planner view supports daily and weekly planning. It is aimed at individuals, freelancers, coaches and small teams, and its template gallery includes planners designed for people with ADHD alongside productivity, work, education and team templates.
AI plays two roles. A built-in AI assistant is included on every plan, with 1,000 credits on Free and unlimited use on paid plans. More notably, xTiles offers an MCP connection for Claude and an app for ChatGPT, added through 2026, so an external assistant can read and act on the workspace. The assistant can capture items, edit text, rearrange tiles and color-code pages. xTiles publishes ready-made workflows for this, including Daily Brief, Evening Reflection, Email Assistant (which turns unanswered emails into tasks with due dates), Weekly Review, Today News and Tasks Triage (which selects the day's three most important tasks). Other capture tools include a web clipper, voice input and AI Capture, which turns photos into tasks.
