AI customer support platform whose agents resolve requests across email, chat, voice and WhatsApp, take actions in connected tools and hand off to humans.
Robylon's AI agents answer customers on chat, email, phone and messaging apps, carry out tasks like starting returns, and pass hard cases to a person.
Robylon is an AI customer support platform that deploys agents to handle customer requests across email, chat, voice and messaging channels. It can serve as a standalone support system or sit alongside an existing helpdesk, and it also offers a sales use case for lead qualification.
Agents draw on a shared knowledge base built from files, URLs and Q&A entries, and use a common set of actions across every channel. Those actions let agents do more than answer questions: the site gives examples such as starting a return in Shopify or updating a Zendesk ticket. When the AI is not confident or a person is needed, the conversation is handed off with the full thread attached. Workflow orchestration with triggers, conditions and fallbacks controls what happens next, and agents can also run scheduled outbound work such as reminders, collections, renewals and confirmations by phone or WhatsApp. More than 40 languages are supported, with language detection on each turn.
Channel coverage includes email, web and in-app chat, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile and both app stores. Integrations span helpdesk and CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshworks, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics), commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) and telephony providers (Twilio, Amazon Connect, Aircall). The vendor lists SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance and optional US data residency.
Pricing is credit based, at roughly 7.5 credits per chat, WhatsApp or email conversation. Starter is free with 300 credits a month. Pro runs from $25 to $158 per month for 500 to 3,500 credits and adds WhatsApp, email ticketing and all models. Business runs from $180 to $300 per month and adds voice calls and Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk integrations. Enterprise is custom. Optional human agent seats cost $19 to $89 per month, and yearly billing saves 10%.
Robylon competes with Intercom Fin, Zendesk AI Agents and Ada. Its free tier and broad channel list make it accessible to smaller teams, while voice and major helpdesk integrations sit in the higher tiers.
