They are Poolside's open-weight coding models. Laguna s 2.1 is a 118B-parameter MoE with 8B active and 1M context; Laguna xs 2.1 is a 33B-parameter model with 3B active and 256K context, small enough to run on-device.
The open-weight Laguna models are available on OpenRouter and the Vercel AI Gateway. You can also download and run the pool CLI from poolside.ai to use them from your terminal.
The main enterprise product is deployed inside the customer's VPC or on-prem infrastructure — not a public API. Community access is via OpenRouter and Vercel AI Gateway for the open-weight models.
Poolside has raised roughly $500M at a $3B valuation from investors including Bain Capital Ventures, DST Global, and NVIDIA.
