The Agent Studio provides a visual builder for creating agents with pre-built connectors to Oracle applications, allowing agents to read and write data across Oracle's business suite. An agent can look up customer records in Oracle CX, check inventory in Oracle SCM, process transactions in Oracle ERP, and manage employee requests in Oracle HCM — all within governed workflows with proper authorization controls.
Agents are powered by Oracle's generative AI service with models hosted on OCI, including Cohere Command A models and Meta Llama models. The platform includes Oracle's AI Vector Search built into Oracle Database 23ai, providing native RAG capabilities without separate vector database infrastructure — embeddings live alongside your business data in the same database.
