HubSpot's built-in AI suite — Breeze Copilot, Breeze Agents, and Breeze Intelligence — that automates marketing, sales, and service workflows using your CRM data.
HubSpot's built-in AI suite that automates content creation, lead prospecting, customer support, and data enrichment using your CRM data.
HubSpot AI, branded as Breeze, is HubSpot's native artificial intelligence layer that sits across the entire HubSpot Customer Platform — Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub. Rather than positioning AI as a separate product, HubSpot has embedded Breeze directly into the workflows that revenue teams already use, so marketers, salespeople, and support agents can invoke AI assistance without leaving the records, inboxes, or editors they work in every day.
Breeze is composed of three layers that work together. Breeze Copilot is an in-app assistant available across the platform that can summarize records, draft emails and follow-ups, generate task lists from a meeting, suggest next best actions on a deal, and answer questions about CRM data in natural language. Because it has full context on the contact, company, deal, or ticket you are viewing, its responses are grounded in your actual customer data rather than generic LLM output. Breeze Agents are autonomous, role-based AI workers that handle end-to-end jobs: the Content Agent generates blog posts, landing pages, podcasts, and case studies; the Social Media Agent plans and drafts posts across channels; the Prospecting Agent researches accounts, identifies buying signals, and drafts personalized outbound sequences; and the Customer Agent resolves support tickets in chat and email using your knowledge base. Breeze Intelligence enriches existing CRM records with firmographic and demographic data from a database of more than 200 million buyer and company profiles, and adds buyer intent signals so reps can prioritize accounts that are actively in-market.
Across the suite you also get embedded features such as AI-assisted blog and email drafting, subject line testing, image generation, conversation summarization in the inbox, forecasting and deal scoring in the pipeline, and AI-powered chatbots for the website. Because Breeze is native to HubSpot's CRM, it inherits the same permissions, audit logs, and data residency controls as the rest of the platform, which makes governance simpler than wiring up third-party AI tools to a CRM via APIs.
HubSpot positions Breeze as the practical AI layer for small and mid-market revenue teams that want measurable lift on pipeline, content output, and support deflection without hiring a data science team. It is best suited to companies that have already standardized on HubSpot or are evaluating an all-in-one platform; teams running a heavily customized Salesforce or a fragmented stack will get less value because Breeze's quality depends directly on the depth and cleanliness of the data already inside HubSpot.
Was this helpful?
HubSpot Breeze AI delivers genuinely useful CRM-native intelligence, especially for teams already invested in the HubSpot ecosystem. The Copilot is helpful for day-to-day tasks, and Breeze Agents automate real workflows — not just generate text. The main friction points are pricing (Professional Hub required for the best features, plus per-conversation and credit-based charges) and the walled-garden nature of the platform. For HubSpot users, Breeze AI is a natural upgrade. For non-HubSpot shops, the platform lock-in makes standalone AI tools more practical.

Weekly insights on the latest AI tools, features, and trends delivered to your inbox.
Through late 2025 and into 2026, HubSpot has continued expanding the Breeze Agents lineup beyond the original Content, Social, Prospecting, and Customer agents, with deeper integrations into the Customer Platform and tighter coupling to Breeze Intelligence's intent data. The Prospecting Agent has gained richer signal-based triggering, the Content Agent has expanded multimodal output (including podcast-style audio and richer image generation), and Breeze Copilot has been rolled out across more record types and mobile. HubSpot has also continued to add governance controls around AI usage, including admin-level audit visibility and per-seat AI limits, in response to enterprise buyer requirements.
