At its core, ClickUp Brain bundles three AI engines into one subscription: an AI Knowledge Manager for natural-language Q&A with cited sources, an AI Project Manager that auto-generates standups, sprint summaries, and blocker analyses, and an AI Writer for Work that drafts PRDs, briefs, release notes, and customer-facing copy directly inside ClickUp Docs. The platform routes requests across frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, letting teams pick the best model for each task without managing multiple vendor contracts.

Custom Agents extend Brain's capabilities by allowing teams to build no-code AI workers that monitor Chat channels, lists, or schedules and respond to triggers autonomously.
