Wayfound

Wayfound is a 'Guardian AI manager' that sits above an organisation's other AI agents and supervises them the way a human engineering manager would. It connects to agents built in LangGraph, CrewAI, AgentKit, Anthropic SDK, OpenAI Agents and custom stacks, ingests their conversations and tool calls, and runs continuous evaluations against business outcomes, safety policies and compliance rules. Where most observability tools just record traces, Wayfound actually acts: it can intervene mid-run to block unsafe tool calls, route a conversation to a human, or summarise patterns to the agent owner with concrete improvement suggestions. A weekly 'performance review' digest gives operations leaders a defensible view of every agent's productivity, failure modes and risk exposure — turning agents from a black-box experiment into something that fits inside normal management workflows.
