Monogram AI

Monogram (monogram.ai) is a consumer AI assistant built around one idea: 'AI with a visual interface.' Instead of replying with paragraphs of text like a normal chatbot, Monogram responds to any question with an interactive visual interface generated on the fly. The homepage examples show the range: ask for an extra-chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe and you get a structured recipe card; ask it to find a movie, plan a birthday, find a restaurant, or compare EVs and it builds an interactive picker, planner, or comparison table you can manipulate — closer to a purpose-built mini-app than a chat transcript. Monogram is distributed as a downloadable app ('Get the app' / 'Download the app'), and the company announced a $40M seed round, an unusually large raise that signals serious investor conviction in generative-UI as the next chatbot interface. The public site is minimal — a manifesto, press, hiring, and legal pages — and publishes no pricing; a /pricing URL returns 404, so the app is presumably free at this stage but the vendor does not say, and no paid tiers could be confirmed. No developer platform, API, or MCP support is mentioned anywhere on the site; this is a closed consumer product for now.
