MentionAgent is an AI agent for link building outreach that finds niche blogs, looks up editor emails, drafts pitches and follow-ups, and sends them from a managed, warmed inbox.
MentionAgent is an AI agent for link building and answer engine optimization outreach. Its goal is to get a site mentioned on relevant blogs so it appears more often in Google results and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT. The agent finds blogs in a site's niche, checks their domain authority using Ahrefs data, looks up and verifies editor emails, drafts personalized pitches, sends follow-ups and tracks replies and link placements. It is marketed to agencies, ecommerce stores, SaaS companies and local businesses.
A distinguishing feature is that MentionAgent supplies the sending infrastructure. For each site it registers a sending domain and sets up a dedicated Gmail inbox, then warms it up automatically, ramping from five emails a day in the first week to 40 a day by week four. By default every draft waits for approval in the web dashboard or in a Telegram bot; auto-send can be switched on after warmup begins. Users can also control the agent from Claude, Cursor or other MCP-capable agents. A beta AI visibility feature tracks how often a brand appears in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini answers.
