Infrastructure customers bring orchestration and pay for browser time and traffic; managed-agent customers also pay model cost plus a service fee. Use it for bounded interactions such as navigating a portal without an API or testing a checkout flow. If the need is merely downloading public pages, a crawler may be simpler. For an application your team controls, deterministic Playwright tests may be easier to debug. Record screenshots, final URLs, extracted values, and action logs, and never assume proxy capability grants permission to scrape.
